Unfortunately, we do not accept Medi-Cal, CMSP, and California Health & Wellness.

 

We do not bill third party automobile insurance. If you plan to bill your automobile insurance, full payment is expected at time of visit. We can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

 

We are not contracted with Blue Shield Healthy Families and Kaiser. We do not accept Care Credit and out of county HMO plans.

For uninsured patients, we charge for an office visit and the cost of any additional labs or procedures performed during your visit. The full cost of the visit is due at the time of service.
